The hotel is clean, nestled in the lovely building with exceptionally nice and pleasant staff. A nice touch is also the good beverages in the main bar. Thank you for a quite comfortable stay.

The breakfast with locale ingredients creatively cooked. Fully-equipped room, brand-new with a perfect shower. Easy check-in, perfect location right by the restaurant for the 'Mother's Day' menu, food and service, and the major attractions, eg the Castle, Priory church, 

Loved friendly professional and very efficient staff and big hotel.

The room was fully-equipped and the location was convenient and handy. The property was in the centre of the city.

The breakfast was complementary and tasty, with a good choice of meals. The room we had included coffee, a chair, and a dressing table.

Genuinely helpful staff members with great service. Located in the center of the city. And next door to an art gallery.

Well presented food, fabulous staff with great service. Marvellous location near shops and restaurants with views of the sea. Also - close to the infamous Lancaster Castle, pub downstairs, and all Lancaster's attractions, alternative bars and restaurants.

It was in the centre of Lancaster, and next door to Lancaster Town Hall. Restaurants and bars were next door to the place.

The location was stunning and brilliant for my stay, 500 metres from Trough of Bowland. The restaurant was great for breakfast, I tried quality dishes.

Contemporary room and spacious bathroom, amazing breakfast. Easy to get to, marvellous and beautiful location near the Bar/restaurant as well as several sites in Lancaster. A short walk to a listed museum and other tourist attractions.  

Nicely appointed hotel with a downstairs bar, everything was immaculate. There were very good sized rooms with good tv and wifi.

The location was magnificent, next to Yet close enough to the shops, and the old town centre. It also was in the Town Hall.

In love with well presented rooms of this nicely appointed hotel. Large bedrooms, friendly efficient staff with great service. Overall nice location close to the Town Hall as well as many restaurants❤👍 

Totally comfortable stay for a wedding in the area. Very central position to everything Lancaster has to offer with gorgeous views.

The room was very good sized and fully-equipped, also it had smoke detectors. Loved fantastic views. The hotel was located in the centre of the city.
